Stickers and Labels for Products, Promotion and Brand Visibility
A sticker is one of the most efficient brand assets going. It costs cents to produce, ends up on laptops, water bottles, packaging, vehicles and noticeboards, and keeps a brand visible long after a flyer would have been binned. Sticker printing from Digital Layout covers product labels, promotional stickers, packaging stickers and custom decals printed on vinyl stocks suited to indoor and outdoor use.
We print on gloss, matte and clear vinyl, with weatherproof, dishwasher-safe and removable adhesive options. Sizes range from small product label stickers up to large vehicle decals, with shipping across Australia and New Zealand on every order.

What We Print Across Stickers and Labels
Stickers and labels do different jobs depending on where they end up. A product label sits on a bottle or jar and has to follow the curve cleanly. A promotional sticker goes onto a customer's laptop or water bottle and needs to look sharp without bubbling. A vehicle decal sits on a curved car panel exposed to sun and weather and needs to last.
Digital Layout prints product labels for food, beverage, beauty and consumer goods on roll or sheet format, packaging stickers for boxes and mailers, custom-shape promotional stickers for events and giveaways, vehicle decals and bumper stickers, laptop and water bottle stickers, asset and inventory labels, and warning or compliance labels for industrial use.
Stocks include white gloss vinyl (the standard for promotional and packaging use), matte vinyl (for a softer, less reflective finish), clear vinyl (where you want the sticker to disappear into the surface) and metallic foil stocks (for premium product labels). Cuts include standard rectangle and circle, plus die-cut and kiss-cut for custom shapes.
Why Melbourne Businesses Choose Digital Layout for Stickers
- Indoor and outdoor stocks. Standard vinyl for indoor and short-term outdoor use, plus weatherproof and UV-resistant stocks for vehicles and long-term outdoor exposure.
- Custom shapes and sizes. Standard rectangles and circles plus custom die-cut and kiss-cut shapes to follow your logo or design.
- Roll or sheet format. Product labels supplied on rolls for hand or machine application. Promotional stickers supplied as singles or in sheets.
- Removable and permanent adhesives. Removable adhesives for short-term promotions and rental car branding, permanent adhesives for product labels and long-term applications.
- Design help available. If artwork is not ready, our design team can build the file. Sticker artwork is one of the most common requests we handle.
How a Sticker and Label Print Order Runs
Sticker print runs follow three production stages.
Step 1: Pre-press and proofing. Files are checked in CMYK with the correct bleed, fonts outlined and image resolution verified at the production scale. A digital proof is supplied for sign-off, with a printed sample available on request for larger orders.
Step 2: Production. The job is printed on the chosen vinyl stock with colour calibrated to brand swatches. Lamination is applied where ordered for additional weatherproofing or scuff resistance.
Step 3: Finishing and dispatch. Stickers are cut to shape (kiss-cut, die-cut or guillotined to size) and supplied in rolls, sheets or singles depending on the order. Final quality check, then packed and dispatched.
Why Choose Digital Layout for Sticker and Label Printing
Stickers are easy to print badly. Cheap stocks bubble and yellow, weak adhesives lift on edges, and poor cuts leave ragged shapes. Digital Layout uses commercial-grade vinyl stocks and matched adhesives, with cuts produced on calibrated plotters so every shape comes out clean.
If you also need product packaging artwork, a logo or marketing collateral, sticker printing can run inside a wider design and print package that keeps everything visually consistent.
