Custom T-Shirts, Polos, Aprons and Uniforms
Branded apparel does work that signage cannot. Staff at an event become walking brand ambassadors. A volunteer team in matching tees gets recognised at a glance. A hospitality team in branded aprons feels professional from the customer's first interaction. T-shirt printing from Digital Layout covers custom t-shirts, polos, hoodies, aprons, caps and uniform apparel for staff, events, retail and merchandise.
We print using screen printing for larger runs, DTG (direct-to-garment) for short runs and full-colour artwork, and embroidery for premium uniform finishes. Garments ship across Australia and New Zealand on every order.

What We Print Across Apparel
Different apparel jobs need different decoration methods. Screen printing suits large runs of single-colour or two-colour designs because the per-unit cost drops with quantity. DTG (direct-to-garment) suits short runs and detailed full-colour artwork because there is no setup cost per colour. Embroidery suits uniform polos, caps and premium finishes because the result has texture and lasts longer than printed inks.
Digital Layout prints custom t-shirts (round neck, V-neck, fitted, oversized), polos for staff uniforms, hoodies and crewnecks for promotional and retail merchandise, aprons for hospitality and retail teams, caps and beanies, tote bags for events and retail giveaways, and high-vis workwear for trades and event marshalling.
For brands running multiple staff or event apparel orders, we keep artwork files and garment specifications on file so reorders, new staff additions or refreshed seasonal designs can be produced without rebuilding the brief.

How an Apparel Print Order Runs
Apparel print orders follow three production stages.
Step 1: Brief and proofing. Garment, decoration method, sizes, quantities and artwork are confirmed. A digital mock-up is supplied for sign-off before production.
Step 2: Production. Garments are printed using the agreed decoration method, with print placement and registration checked across the run.
Step 3: Quality check and dispatch. Each garment is checked for print quality and packed by size. Final dispatch is to your address or delivered for event setup.
Why Choose Digital Layout for Apparel Printing
Branded apparel only works if the print survives wash cycles and the design feels considered on the garment, not just slapped on. Digital Layout matches decoration method to garment and design so the result holds up. Source files and garment specs are kept on file so reorders and new staff additions are simple.
If you also need event signage, flyers, banners or printed merchandise to support the same campaign, all of it can run through one team, which keeps your brand consistent across every visible touchpoint.
